Flip Tee was born in the poo-stained boot of my new car after a nightmare nappy change.
Whilst wrestling with my tiny crocodile during the change, I watched in horror as his little hand reached for the dirty nappy. Before I could stop him, the mess had spread to his hands, his face, his hair... and the boot of my brand-new car.
Holding back tears, I remember thinking, "Why hasn't somebody invented a solution for this?"
I searched everywhere for one, only to keep hearing the same advice:
"Just distract him with toys." Like so many parents, I quickly discovered the toys were tossed aside within seconds.
That's when I realised the problem wasn't a lack of distractions. It was that curious hands had nowhere safe to be. So I created Flip Tee.
Today, my mission at Josh & Jordi is simple: to create thoughtful tools that make challenging parenting moments cleaner, calmer and easier.
Less advice. Better tools.
